To make his hold on the illegal trade even stronger, he and his henchmen steal a state-of-the-art military helicopter, killing several army officers in the process. Walker learns of the helicopter's theft and, once he determines who is the mastermind, decides it is long since time to settle the score with Shrader and bring him to justice … cleaning the streets of drugs in the process.
